Refurbishment and alteration to an existing light industrial building in Islington London.
Working as part of local accredited conservation architects David Gibson Architects team as project administrator on this disused Grade II listed Victorian workshop, was extremely interesting, originally built by a watch making company.
The work included new studio facilities for an internationally known UK artist, repairs to the existing windows, new glazing and glazing bars were necessary and a new underfloor heating system was introduced throughout.
